QUIZ: let me get at least one answer even if the question is too fundamental

srimathe srivan shatakopa sri vedanta desika yatindra mahadesikaya namah
srimathe sri lakshmi nrisimha divya paduka sevaka sri narayana yatindra maha

I had posted this quiz and I did not get any answers.  Hence I feel that
this is too fundamental a question. Is this question too fundamental to ask?
Mani Varadarajan and Myself argued for a long time ie. about several weeks
to find the extent of the seriousness of this topic.
