Spiritual Practices for Sanyasis

Sri Mattapalli Naatham Pranathosmi Nithyam NAmaha
The most important spiritual practice for sannyasis is the japam of the PRANAVAM ( in 3 maatraas as far as adiyen remembers ) by using the pavithra cloth on the tridanda.
There are several other practices and duties listed out in the many smritis and puranas.
