ANdAL tiruvadigaLE SaraNam

It is said that emperumAn woke up the Azhvars 
("mayarvaRa mathinalam aruLappeRRa") so that He 
could rest.

The Azhvars then woke Him up by singing 
tiruppaLLiyezhucci (Sri PeriyAzhvAr, Sri ANdAL 
and Sri TondaradippodiyAzhvAr).

Sri AndAL carries the distinction of not only
doing bhagavat paLLiyezhucci but also bhAgavat
paLLiyezhucci through TiruppAvai.

May Sri AndAL pirAtti's aruL fall on all of us 
today and forever so we may all be truly awakened.
