I believe you have misunderstood what Sri Mani has mentioned.  He just 
emphasized that giving space between articles will enable the bhagavathas
to enjoy the articles.  Sometimes I also felt that there are too many
articles.  If there are special occasions like Acharya Thirunakshatram
it is ok to post so many articles.  Mani has been telling this for quite 
sometime and I believe he has not singled out anyone in particular.

I do not see any value add in maintaining a seperate website just to 
take care of overwhelming posts.
