Laying of Foundation stones for the Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple

Dear BhakthAs :

Dr. Venkat Kanumalla and I need your help quickly .

The Bhumi PujA for the temple took place last fall
and thanks to hte blessings of the divya dampathis 
of Srirangam and AchAryAL's paramAnugraham ,
the next important step is about to be taken to realize 
the temple for Sri RanganaathA at Pomona , NY 

Vaasthu PujA and sankhu SthApanam ceremonies took place 
during the Bhumi pujA . With the Bhumi pujA , the temple is 
in Ovo and the eight stones have to be sanctified and placed 
as corner stone to build the temple on them ( Mandira NirmANam ) .
There are  specific homams and purificatory rites prescribed by 
both PaancharAthra and VaikAnasa Agamams .

We need your help in identifying a qualified expert in 
Aagama sAsthrAs to conduct the Foundation stone laying 
ceremony for the temple . The dates are either March 8 
( Kulasekharaa's Birthday or Sri Rama Navami day , April 18 ).
Both are Sundays . 

Could you please inquire in your circles about the identification 
of suitable Bhattar with expertise in PaancharAthra Aagama SaasthrAs  , 
who could offiicate as  the head priest to  perform this important 
ceremony in the sAsthraic manner ?
