     Dear  bhaktAs of veerarAghava perumAL ,
    
     Namo NArAyanA . kindly accept adiyens pranAmams. 

     Sri Sadagopan swAmi has kindly given an excellent account about  the
forthcoming sahasra-kalasAbhishekam  for Sri vaidya veerarAghava perumAL.

     Kaliyan (Thirumangai AzhvAr) has saluted the perumAL as "than
adiyArku Innian" ( one sweet to His devotees ) . The  azhagu (beauty) of
Uttsavar will certainly make a bhaktA speechless & motionless . Adiyen can
boldly say that NO other perumAL(utsavar) is as beautiful as  rAghavan .
Similarly are His kalyAna GunAs. It is adiyen's sincere request to all the 
bhAgavathALs that they should certainly get the blessings of Sri Kanavalli
thAyAr & Sri VeerarAghava perumAL at their abode at thiruvaLLUr (near
MadrAs), whenever they visit India.

     sahasra kalasAbhishekam (1008 kalasams) is  very rarely performed
nowadays. As far as adiyen knows , it is only done for Lord SrinivAsA at
thirumalai (thirupati). This year , bhaktAs of rAghavan ( mainly
initiated by Sri veerarAghava kainkarya sabhA) have wished to perform the
abhishekam for their dear perumAL.

      Thanks in advance to all the bhAgavathALs taking part in this
kainkaryam.   


    Schedule on 16th Feb (the day of thirumanjanam ) is as follows :

      7:15 AM  - 1:15 PM : Sahasra KalasAbhishekam 

      1:30 PM  : Grand  thadheeArAdhanA for all
                 bhAgavathAs at Ahobila Mutt

      2:30 PM  - 4:30 PM : Veda , Prabandha pArAyanam

      4:30 PM : sAttrumurai , theertha prasAda viniyogam

      6:30 PM : PerumAL & thAyAr patthi ullAtal

      7:00 PM : perumAL veedhi purappAdu

      8:30 PM : perumAL back to temple after blessing the devotees.

 12. A thirumangai AzhvAr pAsuram  in a separate laminated card for the
     propagation of "nArAyana" nAmA . 

 13. "kulam tharum" pAsuram  on a separate laminated card .

 14. Plastic container for perumAL prasAdam.

 15. Plastic bag to hold all the items.    

 
Mostly , the following two books may also be distributed 

  1. Sthala purAnam of thiru EvvuL Veera rAghava perumAL.

  2. "kingruhesasthuti" (attributed to SwAmi Desikan) on VeerarAghava
      perumAl with commentry in tamil by "Desika bhakta ratnam" sri  sevA
      swAmi .

performed.

       If someone needs the sankalpam to be made for a person ,they can
kindly intimate adiyen about the person's Name , Birth Star & Gothram .
Otherwise ,it is understood that , sankalpam will be "for perumAL" itself.

      Adiyen's father is also thinking of mailing  the prasAdams (or
atleast the very important ones) to U.S. But it may cost $2 to $3 per
mail.
