Dear Aathma BhandhUs :

Today was the day that this soul has been waiting 
for aeons to be returned to the owner , Sriman NaarAyaNan
through SadachArya Mukham . It was PramAthi Thai 24th and
the Nakshathram was Sathayam. It was siddha Yogam and a
MuhUrtham day on top of it. AdiyEn resting under Sri
Oppiliappan's feet at my house could hardly sleep with
the sense of expectation of a bride on Her wedding Morning .
The Aathma VivAham was about to take place that day
in the dhivya desam of Thirukkudanthai in front of
Sri Lakshmi Nrusimhan .

It was a Monday and hence adiyEn left before Raahu Kaalam
(7.30 AM) for Thirukkudanthai after the VisvarUpa darsanam
of ThiruviNNagarappan . Our SadAchAryan was already up for
few hours and was engaged in performing the Abhigamana 
AarAdhanam for MalOlan . The SaattthumuRai GhOshti was
active . AdiyEn arrived at the time , when AchArya 
RaamAnujA's saraNAgathi gadhyam was being recited .
AdiyEn joined the GhOshti and followed the morning's
nithyAnusandhAnam kramam of the Sri Sannidhi . At the end 
of the AarAdhanam , theertham and SatAri for the ghOshti
was completed ; adiyEn was then asked to receive sankalpam from
U.Ve. VaduvUr SwamigaL, the Sannidhi AarAdhakar and a great 
Sri VaishNavite Scholar . Our kind-hearted , most compassionate
AchAryan inquired about the sishyALs undertaking BharanyAsam
that Morning . It was just adiyEn and then there was another
elderly lady , who decided on the spot to receive Prapatthi.
It so happened that she was from the family of HH the 43rd
Jeeyar of DhEvanAr ViLagam , who blessed me with samAsrayaNam 
many years ago as a small boy at DhEvanArviLAgam during
the first few days of His ascent to the AchArya Peetam . 

AdiyEn can not but recall the AchArya Sambhandham , when
adiyEn remembered the mokshArtha Aaathma RakshA Bharam
performed by Prakrutham Azhagiya Singar at the holy  feet 
of the DhevanArviLAgam Azhagiya Singar at the dhvayam 
ViLaintha Thiruppathi of MadhurAnthakam some fifty plus years
ago. Thus there were the two of us awaiting Bhara SamarpaNam 
at the blessed Thiruvadi of Sri NaarAyaNa YathIndhra 
MahA Desikan that morning at PatraachAr Street known
for great Ubhaya VedAnthins performing kaimkaryam
to Sri AarAvamudhan for generations .
