Dear Sri Sampath,

The very quality of Srivaishnavan is to say "aiyO!" when one sees someone 
suffering. We need to empathise with the sufferers. I agree with you.

Let us all pray to Sriya: Pathi Sriman Narayanan for the innocent victims of 
the drama. As appealed by Sri Samapth, let us all recite Sri Vishnu 
sahasranamam at after saayam sandhyavandhanam today at our respective homes.

Dear friends,

Please forgive adiyen for a very unusual and perhaps
out-of-place personal request.

Adiyen too has been following the ordeal that our
unfortunate fellow-brethren trapped in the hijacked
Indian Airlines plane in Afghanistan have been going
through for the past 4 days.

May I please request all of you (who are so inclined)
to please recite the "Vishnu-SahasranAmam" for their
benefit and pray to the Almighty to please deliver
them from the living hell they are presently in?
adiyen strongly believes in the efficacy of the
SahasranAmam in such situations.
