Dear Devotees:

We would like to have confirmation from the
out-of-state participants who are planning to
participate in the tiru-adhyayana utsavam at the
Aurora 
Sri Venkatesvara Temple between Dec. 22nd and Dec.
31st, and who will need assistance with airport
pick-up and/or accommodation.  Your confirmation,
indicating the dates betwen which you plan to attend,
the number of members in your family/group, etc., will
help us plan better for pick-up at the airport if
needed, stay, etc.  Please respond to any of the
