If you are refering to the Purva MimAmsa, Swami Desikan's mimAmsa pAduka and sEshAvara mimAmsam are bhAshyams in the visisthAdvaita darshanam. Coming to the Uttara mimAmsa, there is a plethora of bhAshyam-s. Ramanuja's Vedartha Sangraha is one. Ranga Ramanuja's Upanishads bhAshyams are the other. There are many other bhAshyams, like Swami Desikan's IshAvAsyOpanishad bhAshyam for example. > Are there any works on Mantra Sastra or Tantra Sastra by any scholors > of the Ramanuja order? The pAncharatra and vaikhAnasa agamams which are accepted by visisthAdvaita incorporate certain elements of tantrA. AalavandArs' Agama PramAnyam and Swami Desikan's pAncharAtra raksha are considered ideal 'commentaries' in understanding the aagamAs.
