Dear friends,

We had stopped Gita Classes for several months due to many reasons.  Diwaker
Kannan who had initiated the classes requested me to continue the classes.
We only have about 6-7 classes to go since we were at the "charama
shlokam" - 18-66 of Gita. The Sankara bhasya and Madhva bhasya for chapter
18 had to be completed. I plan to continue the classes in January after the
holidays.

Some of you have listened to most of those lectures : about 50 or 60 of them
over the last 2 years. everyone is welcome. We will publish the codes for
these lectures and all you need is to dial in to the conference. If anyone
is interested in these lectures, you may want to send me an email.

I would like to finish this series soon so that we will atleast have a
satisfaction that we started Gita with the blessings of our Acharyas
 probably earlier than all the lectures published in this network) and we
somehow finished all the 18 chapters with an overview of all the three major
bhasyas from Sri Ramanujacharya, Sri Madhvacharya and Sri Sankaracharya.

Let me know if atleast the people who used to attend can make it.  Hope none
of them is out on vacation after January 5th, 2002.
