A doubt

Dear Bhagavathas

We are currently in anadyayana kalam. With some temples, there is a tradition to
resume
Tirupallandu recitation after completion of Tiruvadyayana utsavam within the
temples.
Recitation of Tirupallandu is resumed after Makara Hastam or completion of a
mandalam
from Tirukarthigai  in some temples. Does someone know that why Thai Hastam is
cut 
off date for resuming Divya prabandam? Why do some temples follow one tradition
versus the other?
