In Sanskrit these words are no doubt pronounced as "samsara" and
"samskrita". It is so even in all south Indian languages.
In Marathi Hindi and other upper Indian languages, which are called
Paishachi Bhashas, words borrowed from sanskrit and also original words
of their own languages are mutated and adapted to be of easy pronounciation
to the rank and file who have no tongue culture to be able to pronounce
borrowed sanskrit words correctly. Besides, the adoption of stylish
pronounciation due to the influence of middle east and western cultures
which is more in upper India has also contributed to this.
