when - avani avittam & gayatri japam ?

  with reference to my earlier mail on sankalpam,i was
flooded by mails. im very happy .
  many had asked for my fax number to help me out by
sending written directions on how to perform avani
avittam,gayatri japam.

    i have one more clarification.
   i have got a mail from india that avani avittam &
gayatri japam will be held on 26th & 27th of august.
   but i saw in the website
http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Delphi/2627/
   that gayatri japam will be on this month & avani
avittam will be in the month of september.
   can anyone clarify on this?
