Dear Sriman Sridhar:

Thanks for your request for information on 
the PaancharAthra AarAdhana Kramam.

Anticipating the continuing need for this 
important information on Bhagavath AarAdhanam , 
the International RaamAnujA Society released 
a Multimedia and Interactive CD ROM few months back
entitled " AchArya raamAnujA ".

One of the important sections of the CD ROM 
deals in detail with the Bhagavath Aaradhana Kramam 
according to PaancharAthra Aagamam . Every step of
the AarAdhanam is illustrated with appropriate 
manthrams and prayers . The narration is in English 
to reach a wider audience of devotees of Sriman NaarAyaNa.

There are books on Bhagavath AarAdhanam . They have to be backed up
however by visual ,audio and video material .That is what this CD ROM 
as educational material does . There are separate versions 
of this CD ROM for Vadakalai and ThennAchAryA sampradhAyams . 

The International RaamAnujA Society has humble plans to 
provide educational material for the use of BhakthAs
thru the use of modern commiunication tools such as
Audio , Video and CD ROM . Some of the work completed 
todate among these educational projects/products are:

1. AchArya RaamAnujA CD ROM (2000)
2. Twin set of Audio Tapes on the Lives of AzhwArs(2001) 
3. 600 Plus Page Commentary in Tamil on Andal"s ThiruppAvai(2000)
4. Lives of AzhwArs and 108 Dhivya Desams : Two CD ROMs (2001)

We will continue to look for various other releases 
that will be helpful to the younger generation and
also address the pressing needs of BhakthAs , who
wish to know more about our glorious sampradhAyam 
and anushtAnams. Nothing is greater than performing
SandhyAvandhanam and Bhagavath  AarAdhanam daily 
( Laghu/ light or elaborate AarAdhanam ) and partake
Bhagavath prasAdham at the end of such observances
and serve our fellow human beings.

THE GRANDEST PROJECT THAT WE ARE DREAMING OF NOW IS THE MOST
APPROPRIATE WAY TO CELEBRATE THE FORTHCOMING MILLENIUM
OF ACHARYA RAAMANUJAA'S BRTHDAY IN 2017 A.D .ALTHOUGH IT
IS SIXTEEN YEARS AWAY , PREPARATIONS CAN NOT BEGIN SOONER
TO IDENTIFY THE MOST VALUABLE WAY TO SALUTE THE GRAND SIRE
OF OUR SAMPRADHAAYAM , WHO DISTILLED THE ESSENCE OF POORVAACHAARYA'S
TEACHINGS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PROSTERITY IN HIS NINE SRI SOOKTHIS.

THE JOINING TOGETHER OF ALL ACHAARYAS AND SISHYAAS OF
BAHGAVATH RAAMAANUJA SAMPRADHAAYAM WILL BE VITAL FOR 
SUCCESS IN THESE EFFORTS .

The views of Sri RaamAnuja Kudumbham will be most welcome
regarding suggestions on how we can organize and celebrate 
the forthcoming Millenium of Bhagavath RaamAnujA , who opened
our eyes to the glories of our great sampradhAyam.

adiyEn will conclude this tribute to AchArya RaamAnujA and 
His blessings to us with three PramANams:

1) The 42nd Paasuram of Sri RaamAnuja NooranthAdhi
   of Swamy Thiruvarangatthu AmudanAr:

" The People of the world , who stood unrelenting through
all ages inspite of the Lord taking so many incarnations , in
so many 'births' , so to say , were all able to turn a new
leaf , imbibed through true knowledge and were redeemed , 
ONCE RAAMAANUJAA CAME INTO THIS WORLD. What a wonderful
phenomenon , this ! " (Dr.V.N.VedAntha Desikan's translation).

2) Links Between Bhagavann RaamAnujA and the Current AchAryAs:
( Swamy Desikan's YathirAja sapthathi : SlOkam 21)

The current AchAryAs of the different peetams have devoted their 
lives to learn and comprehend the Sri Sookthis of AchArya RaamAnujA 
and they through their life breaths destroy the arguments of 
kudhrushtis and Veda Baahya darsanams. There is no need for them 
to seek the help of all facets of our RaamAnuja SiddhAntham 
for this noble endeavour. They need only a portion of the great
insights of our AchArya RaamAnujA . The Jn~Anam of our AchAryAs 
belonging to Bahgavath RaamAnuja Darsanam is not trivial .
The treasures left behind by our AchArya RaamAnujA are eternal
and He has plunged the depths of the ocean of Saasthrams 
to bring out the pearls and gems blessed to us by Sriman
NaarAyanan . Therefore , the genius of current AchAryAs
following truly the teachings of Bhagavann RaamAnujA 
has no difficulty wahtsoever in instructing their sishyAs
about the way to attain unfailing Moksha Siddhi.

(3) Seeking Surrender at the Thiruvadi of AchArya RaamAnujA
( Visadha Vaak SikhAMaNi Sri MaNavALa Maamuni's YathirAja 
  Vimsathi : SlOkam 15):

Suddha Aathma Yaamuna gurUtthama KooranATa BhattAkhya
 Desika vara uktha samastha naicchyam 
adhya asthi asankuchitham yEva mayeeha lOkE
 tasmAth YathIndhra karuNaiva thu math gathisthE 

(Meaning): Oh Emperor of SanyAsis! adiyEn's life is 
full of all the deficiencies that were invoked 
(NaicchyAnusandhAnams) by pure and great AchAryAs like
AaLavanthAr , KurEsar , ParAsara Bhattar and other gems
of AchAryAs .They were ofcouse SuddhAthmAs and
had no naicchiyam to speak of. Those naicchiyams however
are full to the brim in me.There is no one who is equal to me 
in naicchiyams in all the worlds . Therefore , Your DhivyAnugraham 
is the only recourse to me to overcome them .For You , it is rare 
to find one as low as myself , who qualifies for Your total dayA . 
Hence ,Please bless me with Your KaruNA KatAksham and save me !

Such is the greatness of Bhagavath RaamAnujA ,
His blemishles SampradhAyam and the AchAryAs
that follow this SampradhAyam .

May we all be blessed to inherit the Jn~Anam and 
AnushtAna balam bequeathed by AchArya RaamAnujA
and be assured of SadAchArya sambhandham for our
salvation .
