29.8.2000 Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha Dear Shri Vaishnavite Bhaktas: While browsing through the various messages, sometimes I feel pained to read unwarranted comments on relgious matters. As I had mentioned in my earlier correspondence, just think about Perumal and Thayar if you happen to visit other temples, which may be out of necessity to go with friends, espeically if one is involved in some social services as Adiyen is habituated to. But dear Bhaktas: do not insult the beliefs of other sects. Ultimately, other sects people will also follow the teachings of Sri Vasihnavism. From my personal experience, I can say that other sects' people are proud of Sri Vaishnavism especially Nalaayira Divya Prabhandams etc. We should highlight about our good nature and beautiful Paasurams in our sect and implore them to join us. Of course, if they talk ill of our Sampradhayams, we have to give fitting reply. Otherwise best thing is to ignore them as some of them might talk out of jealousy also. Please forgive me if I have tried to give lecture to our Bhaktas.
