Before the Lord Shreeman Narayana Paramaatman, all are equal.
All have the right to know the tatva-hita-purushaarthas of
the Parama-vaidika-matham Visishtadvaita Shree Vaishnavam but as 
per the guidelines of the Saastra. All have the right to 
adopt Prapathi (Saranaagathi) and everyone can reach the lotus
feet of Shreeman Narayanan Paramaatman. All are respected.
No one is denied. 
The Saastra has prescribed duties, dress-code etc for all.
Each individual has to follow what the Saastra has prescribed
specifically. So madisaar/panchakacham alone is not stressed. 
One has to study the dharma-saastras, authoritative smurthies in
this regard under the guidance of a Shree Vaishnava Aacharya
to get to know the details clearly in this regard.
