NamaskAram
From the Bhakti List Archives

My name is Shuba and I subscribed to this list
this morning. I stumbled on it quite by accident,
while searching the web for interpretations and
meaning of each verse in Vishnu SahasranAmam.
I came to the US for grad school a couple of
years ago from Madras, India and am an electrical
engineer based in the Silicon Valley in
California, USA. I am a hindu by conscious choice
and am making a concerted effort to lessen my
ignorance and embrace all aspects of Hinduism,
some of which I am very comfortable with and some
that I am still trying to come to terms with.
I hope to learn from your collective wisdom and
to share what little I have learnt along the way.
Thank you,
Shuba

It is not our purpose to become each other; it is
to recognize each other, to learn to see the
other and honor him for what he is.
