namaskaar, In the next few verses in manobodhaH - manaache shloka, Swami Ramdas reminds us with the constant refrain 'Rama never forsakes his devotess'. Let that be a reminder to us to surrender ourselves to Him and remember Him, always. %shloka mano diinanaathaM prabhu.n chaapapaaNi.n vilokyaagrataH kampate kaala eshhaH | janairmadvachaH satyameveti maanyaM sa nopekshate raamachandraH svabhaktam.h || 28|| %verse dinaanaatha haa raama koda.nDadhaarii . puDhe dekhataa kaaLa poTii tharaarii .. manaa vaakya nemasta he satya maanii . nupekshii kadaa raama daasaabhimaanii .. 28.. %meaning dinaanaatha = lord of the humble haa = this raama = Rama koda.nDadhaarii = armed with the bow named 'kodanda' puDhe = then dekhataa = seeing kaaLa = death poTii = in the guts tharaarii = tremble manaa = oh, mind! vaakya = spoken word/sentence nemasta = eternal satya = true maanii = regard nupekshii = disregard kadaa = ever raama = Rama daasaabhimaanii = proud of His servants/devotees %versemeaning Lord of the humble, is Rama , armed with the bow, In confrontation, even Death trembles all over; Oh Mind! this timeless truth regard, Never shall Rama, zealous of His devotees, them forsake. 28 ----------------------------------------------------------- jaya jaya raghuviira samartha -------------------------------------------------------- Original Marathi manaache shloka by Samarth Ramadas.
