PRAPPATTI
From the Bhakti List Archives
• April 4, 2003
Dear Mani, How far is it correct to assume that: "If i am destained to be lifted out of this birth and deaths by carrying out Prapatti, Lord will show me an Acharyan who will come to me and make me carry out Prapatti, and I need not go in search of an Acharyan." I am already a Prapannan and have no doubt that seeking the help of an Acharyan has to come from the individual. But I keep hearing the above arguement from some individuals quite often and hence need a proper explanation with quotes from our Alwars and Acharyas. Please guide me on this. k.v.krishnan --- Mani Varadarajanwrote: > ***************** [Quoted text deleted...Please remove inclusions if your question can stand on its own--Moderator] ****************** -------------------------------------------------------------- - SrImate rAmAnujAya namaH - To Post a message, send it to: bhakti-list@yahoogroups.com Group Home: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bhakti-list Archives: http://ramanuja.org/sv/bhakti/archives/ Your use of Yahoo!
