A Question on Temple Activities??

                SriMathe Ramanujaya Namaha
Dear SriVaishnavas,
   
I am a student(native ofSriVanamamalai Divya Desam),presently 
in US.I dont have clear idea about various activities that take 
place every day and their timing in Vaishnavite temples.Also,I 
dont know the exact difference between two divisions, 
Pancharatram and Vaikanasam.Can anyone clarify regarding the 
above issues?
