self-introduction

sri mannarayana,
i am a 26 year old american who has just been initiated into the yoga system 
this passed june. since the initiation i have had many divine visions of 
mahalakshmi and these visions have guided me towards the vaishnava 
philosophy. i am a devotee at a temple called the sri siva vishnu temple in 
lanham maryland. i truly enjoy attending the temple and have become embraced 
by many. i am receiving my vaishnava initiation the end of may as a swamiji 
is coming to the temple to close out a four month celebration called the 
mahalakshmi koti kumkuma archana. i also look forward to this auspicious 
occassion. a priest by the name of srinivasa has given me the name narayana 
and i'm honored to have it and will do my best to live up to the 
expectations of lord narayana by having his holy name.
