Status Report on the two Kaimkaryams: (1) Thridhandam for AchArya RaamAnujA's right hand at Sri perumbhUthUr and (2) the latest CD On the twelve AzhwArs and the 108 dhivysa desams that they sung about(performed MangaLAsAsanam).

Dear BhakthAs :

It is my pleasure to let you know that we have
reached the $4,600 level of the needed $5,500
funds to engage in these Kaimkaryams.

(1) 44 BhakthAs have contributed from $25 to $250 
    to bring us to this plateau . 32 of the 44 BhakthAs
    have sent the funds directly to India in Rupees or
    have sent to me for transmittal to India to cover
    the Thridhandam construction and the Development 
    expenses to create the Multimedia , Interactive CD
    ROM on the AzhwArs and their aruLiccheyalkaLs.The grapphics
    on the Life of ThiruppANAzhwAr has been completed as of now. 
    We will complete the conceptualization and visualization work
    before too long.Then will come the programming and assembly
    part , which we estimate to take some where between four
    to Six Months. 

(2) 44 BhakthAs have contributed funds adding up to $4,600
    as of today. We need another 900$ (16.3% of the total 
    funds needed))to complete the fund raising efforts 
    for this Kaimkaryam. 32 BhakthAs have already sent 
    their samarpaNams that they pledged. AdiyEn is waiting 
    to hear from the remaining twelve BhakthAs to prepare 
    the check to be transmitted to India.

(3) The funds needed for the ThridhaNdam Kaimkaryam are 
    here and therefore the work on construction of the gold-plated , 
    Silver ThridhaNDam weighing more than 1 Kilogram has been 
    initated by Abhirami Jewelers of Chennai at our request. 
    It is our hope to get the creation of this ThridhaNDam
    work completed by the jewelers  before AchArya RaamAnujA's 
    Thirunakshathram this year (May 9) to enable the samarpaNam 
    during that Uthsavam . 

(4) We are short by $900 for the CD ROM Kaimkaryam. It is
    my fondest hope that few more BhakthAs will come forward 
    to raise the remaining funds . AdiyEn thinks of 
    the sum of $900 in a humorous vein this way: 
    Today , gasoline costs $2 per gallon and the sum of 900$
    would help us buy 450 gallons , which in turn will 
    permit us to travel 12,600 miles on the assumption of
    28 miles per gallon for the medium size car. AdiyEn
    thinks that with this investment of the  reaminig 
    900 $ , it will take us on a spiritual journey equivalent
    to Millions of miles with the AzhwArs to visit the 108 
    dhivya desams that they performed MangaLAsAsanams 
    in their dhivya-prabhandhams .

May I invite a few more BhakthAs to join with the current
ghOshti of 44 BhakthAs to commence this journey 
of a life time? We can take off as soon as we conclude
this last phase of fund raising effort .Support by
9 bhakthAs at the 100$ level or by 18 BhakthAs at
the 50 $ level or by any amount will be most welcome
to ramp up the ongoing efforts .

sannidhi , who experienced the Dhivya dampathis

 paadilum ninn puhazhE paaduvan--"

Please adopt him and his dhivya Prabhandham 
to complete the coverage of all the 12 AzhwArs.
