Dear Memebers of the Bahkthi group :

I am pleased to announce the existance of a WEB page at

http://www.geocities.com/~elayavalli/sva.htm

This Web location is dedicated to archive the works of various
Sri Vaishnava Acharyas in Digital form. I have started with some
very widely available works of Sri Manavala mamunigal and Sri
Pillailokacharya. Combined with the help of the Lord and respected
members of this group, i hope to archive as much texts as possible.

At this time i am concentrating on archiving the works of Sri Manavala
mamunigal and Sri Pillailokacarya. I will try to compile some of
Sri Parasara Bhattar's and Sri Periyavacan pillai's texts as well.

Some esteemed members of this group have had reviewd the format and
contents of this site. I thank each one of you for your effort and
i have tried to make changes according to your inputs. However,
PLEASE CHANGE THE HTTP LINK to the one above.

Please forward your comments and suggestions to vke@cypress.com.

I picked up the dEvanAgarI font ['Xdvng'] from this web, but find it is
extremely unsatisfactory. Many important diacriticals [like signs for
'i','u' long & short, E`, 'halantam'] are missing, and many letterings
unnecessary for Sanskrit/Hindi [but perhaps representing Urdu sounds]
have been introduced; quite a few of the 'samyuktAkshara' [compound
letters] keys are entirely redundant, as they can be produced with
standard diacriticals, while crucial ones like dya, dva, SrI are
missing.

Can somebody give me a web-site which can give a sound and scientific
dEvanAgari system please?
