Yes Mani it is a terrible happening....I have personally experienced the
bombay blasts of '93 and the images from that incident have been etched in
my mind forever...Our prayers for peace will definitely reach those in
need..

I was reading the Gita yesterday ..and now I remember the Lord's words and
take courage in them...Yada Yada hi dharmasya...Bhagavan is very much
here... He will take care of us and our brothers and sisters in this world.

This tragedy is not just confined to the US. The impact is felt everywhere
in this world. Now more than ever ;I believe; true religion has an important
role to play . People are desperate and desolate in the face of such
tragedies and it is for each of us to watch out for the people we know and
contribute in reaffirming their faith in bhagavan and his creations.

Respected elders and mahanubhavas in this mailing list are requested to
share with us their word's of wisdom.

Vasudeva kutumbhakam.

Dear Friends,

By now you have all heard of the stunning tragedy
that is unfolding across the United States. Countless
lives have been lost in what is one of the most barbaric
acts history has ever seen. I could not contain myself
this morning and simply broke down crying while watching
the news reports on TV. I beg all of you to pray to
the Divine Couple to give strength to the friends and family
of those who have been murdered.

I fervently request Lord Ranganatha to give us 'abhIti' in
these dark times.

Mani
