Dear all,
I was informed that the ritual in the temple at Ramanuja's birthplace
Sriperumbudur is performed according to the Vaikhanasa mode of worship
and not according to the Pancaratra mode.
I find this surprising since usually Ramanuja is presented as having
preferred the Pancaratra ritual system.
Could somebody possibly provide me with some more information on this
temple, its name, history etc.?
