Dear Rohit,

As per leading scholars on Sandhyavandhana like Panduranga Waikar and
others, the timings are thus:

3.30 am - 6.00 am - Morning Sandhyavandanam/ Pratas Sandhyavandhanam

(It should be noted that Gayatri japa should commence when stars are there
in the sky and continue beyond their disappearance ie. sunrise).

11.00 am - 1.00 pm - Afternoon Sandhyavandhanam / Madhyavandanam

4.00pm - 6.00 pm - Evening Sandhyavandanam / Sayam Sandhyavandanam,
