Dear Shree Krishna:
How many young Sri VaishnavAs who live in Madras visit the Parthasarathy
PerumAl temple at least once in a year? Hardly 1 out of 1000 is my guess.
Nearness to the temple, divya desams etc., is in my opinion the least of our
priority.
Ideally, what the youngsters truly need is elders in their own family who
can inspire them with acharya bhakti, anushtAnam, atma gunam and a desire to
do Kaimkarya or self-less service to fellow Sri VaishnavAs.
Where such a thing is not possible, institutions like Sri Ranganatha Temple
should organize summer schools where a religious curriculum can be followed.
You should take the initiative and organize the same with the help of the
temple committee members.
