Dear Shri Narasimhan,
I think that you have got my doubt wrongly. I did not ask (Vishnu or Veda first). I asked whether AVATARS preceded Vedas or Vedas preceded AVATARs.
If we say that VEDAS preceded, then how come thrivikrama avatar is referred in Rigveda.
This is my doubt..
Kindly clarify..
