Translation:

There is no other entity, which is subtler than this. It is higher than the
high. It is vaster than the vast. It is the One. It is the unmanifest. It is
of infinite forms. It is the universe. It is the most ancient. It is beyond
'thamas' or 'prakrthi'.

Notes:

It is higher than the high. The 'jiva' is higher than the non-sentient
matter and 'paramAthman' is higher than that 'jiva'. He is the ordainer of
both the orders of the 'chith' and the 'achith'. It is greater than the
great and it is subtler than the subtle as it is pervading every other thing
and as it is capable of entering into the subtle atom. There is nothing
neither vaster than this nor subtler than this. At the time of delusion it
alone resides withdrawing everything other than itself, into itself and so
it is designated as the 'one'. It is called 'avyaktha' as it has the
unmanifested as its body. It is having infinite forms, as it is the self of
infinite forms of the variety and multiplicity of this universe. It is
therefore 'vishvarUpa' or having the universe as its body. It is without any
beginning and so is the most primeval. It is in its non-material abode
called 'paramapada', which is beyond darkness or 'prakrthi' and beyond sense
perception. Though He is residing as the inner self of the manifold universe
of multiplicity, He remains one and undivided.
