Dear Shriman Srikanth,

Shri Shridhar has given a nice solution to your
situation.

However, I beg to slightly differ from him regarding
the last point.

I have found from my own experience ( I am only 28
yrs. old ? !) that it is VERY difficult to change the
convictions (good or bad) of elderly people. Unless
they voluntarily do some introspection, things are not
going to improve.
 Option One:
In view of the above, it's best to avoid (I am not
advising to totally neglect) such persons in the
future. Hence, you might be thinking of keeping away
from him. But, simultaneously consider another point.

Option 2
"Engae gunam irukkumo angae kutramum irukkum"..Nobody
is truly perfect to the core. The point is, if you
think you need to draw upon his knowledge of Bhagavan
and related areas, and hence you need to contact him
in the future, you can overlook the small defects as
Shri Sridhar has suggested. But given another chance,
you can make him understand that all lineages are to
be respected by whoever it may be.

Please excuse if you find my suggestion offensive.

Servant of the servant of the servant............of
the Supreme Lord Narayana,
Srivathsan.
