karii re manaa bhakti yaa raaghavaachii .

yatna = effort
kelaa = did

shevaTii = in the end
kaaLa = death
ghe{uu}na = take away

manaa = oh, mind!
bhakti = worship

raaghavaachii = Rama's
puDhe = then
a.ntarii = in the heart
soDi = abandon
chi.ntaa = worry
bhavaachii = rebirth

To preserve the body you did labor,
Only to be snatched by Death;
Oh my dear Mind!  to Rama your devotion offer,
