Dear bAgwathAs of Sri Boomidevi samEtha than oppAr illappan,

Today is panguni sravanam day, the avathAra thirunakshatthiram of
than oppAr illappan. A prayer and a quick update on this date is
presented below.


thapasyE pAlkunE mAsE ekAthachyAm thihou munE !
puNyE chravaNa nakshathrE muhoortthEsbijithAhvayE !
AjakAma mahAyOgI sAkshAn nArAyanO hari :
sa thEva: srinivAsAkyO boomodevyA: pathir vibu:
vasuntharA vivAhArttham lOkA anughraha kAmyA
chriya: kAnthAyA kalyAna nithayE nithayErtthinAm
srimath vyOma pureesAya srinivasAya mangalam
				Oppiliappan suprapAtham

Meaning:
On the  ekAthEsi  day of the panguNi  month, Sri  vaikunda  nAthan
Sriman  nArayanan  arrived here and  incarnated  on this  sravanam
nakshathram during the abhijit muhoorttham.  (panguni sravanam) HE
incarnated  to marry Sri  BoomidEvith  thAyAr  and  bless  all the
boolOga  vaasis.  The one who is standing in thiruk  kalyAna kOlam
is also the refuge of all the thiruk kalyAna gunAs.  HE is the one
who  blesses  all  his  adiyArs  and HE is also  known  as  oppilA
srinivasan.  I pray to this  srinivasan and offer this mangalam to
him.


note : There are 12 mukti offering srinivasa kshEthrams in boolOgam.

The efforts to deliver  cassettes (as a prasAdham  for the donors)
are in  progress.  It will take atleast three to four weeks before
all are done.
