	This is the fourth paasuram. Here, the AzhwAr talks about the 
	'gOvardhana giridhAri' incident.

inNdhira Nnukken Raayarga Leduttha
 ezhilvizha vilpazha nNadaisey,
manNdhira vidhiyil poosanai peRaadhu
 mazhaipozhinN dhidatthaLarnNdhu, aayar
anNdhamO dinavaa nNiraithaLa raamal
 emberu maanaru Lenna,
anNdhamil variyaal mazhaithaduth thaanaith
 thiruvallik kENikkaN dEnE.      2.3.4

*in^dhiranukku enRu AyargaL eduththa ezhil vizhavil -
In the yaga that the cowherds performed for Indra

(AyargaL - people of AyarpAdi, the cowherds, ezhil - beautiful, 
vizhaa - uthsavam (yaga))

*pazha n^adai sey man^dhira vidhiyil poosanai peRadhu -
(Indra), not satisfied with the rituals 

(pazha n^adai sey- As per the hoary tradition, man^dhira vidhi - the rituals of 
reciting the mantras, poosanai=>ArAdhanai, prayer)

*mazhai pozhin^dhida-
caused a heavy downpour.

(mazhai - rain)

*Ayar thaLarn^dhu, emberumAn! em thammOdu inam An^irai thaLarAmal aruL enna-
when the cowherds suffered and cried for help, "Oh! Lord, please save our 
families and our herd of cows",

(An^irai - herd of cows, inam - tribe/family)

*an^dham il varaiyAl mazhai thaduththAnai
 The one who lifted the huge mountain as an umbrella and saved them from
the rain,

(an^dham - end, andham il => endless, infinitely big, varai - mountain, 
thaduththAnai - the one who stopped(the rain))

*thiruvallikkENi kaNdEnE-
I was blessed to have His dharshan at thiruvallikkENi
