The above sloka-s are used when we receive a sanyaasin with 
puurNakumbham and I am not sure they are relevant for sambhaavana - I 
am not even sure sambhaavana is the right term for a sanyaasin 
although it involves samyak bhaavana in offering something.  Normally 
we offer biksha that includes not necessarily food and paada puuja 
that involves seva and kainkaryam -

- there is also a sloka -that start with

raajaadhi rajaH ...
