Gargya and Bharadwaja Gothram

Hello,
    I have heard from my elders that I belong to the Gargya Bharadwaja
gothra and that it is different from the Bharadwaja gothra. I have also
heard that Gargya was Bharadwaja's son and in our gothra pravara we even say
Bharadwaja(Angeerasa, Bharhaspathya, Bharadwaja, Shainya, Gargya).

    During marriage is it okay for somebody from the Gargya Bharadwaja
gothra to marry somebody from the Bharadwaja gothra? I have heard that we
cannot marry from the Gargya gothra but is it okay to marry from the
Bharadwaja gothra?
