namO nArAyaNa!

Dear MahA BkaKth ViDhvAngale: the greatest nArAyaNa devotees, help me please:

 Namaskaram

I request your help in understanding the DigBhandam, pranaprathishta and the AnGhNyasm and the significance thereof while invoking the Lord to help us concentrate in Him while we do our pooja and worship. Lord nArAyaNa, in His kindness condescends to come down to our humble dwellings, to be present to bless us with his kArunya is often explained thus "--by being in our limbs and soul--" etc
could someone enlighten me on these details please??

How blessed am I to have stumbled one day to this wonderful site;each time I read this digest, I feel closer to the Lord.

My second question would be to understand the presence of the Prana, Abana, Vyana, Udhana, Samana and the Brahman in our own bodies... their location, their physical and metaphysical nature etc to understand better as we offer our food to the Lord, or even to our inner Athman etc while we eat

-- if this question was answered earlier, even then, will some vidhwans in our group, very kindly, help me to understand this once again for my benefit ?

with million namakarams
adiyen
mani
