respected sri vaishnavas

i am a new comer to this group.

i have a problem. in our village we have an ancient sri venugopalaswamy temple.

thre was an agraharam in our village. my elders used to say that agraharam was full of vedic pundits. now there is not even single brahmin family to perform the aradhana for the swami. it is kept locked . once in a blue moon we used to go to the nearby town and bring one brahmin archaka to do thirumancanam and little prasadam for perumal

the archaga comes with so much of hesitation. is there  any other alternative solution for this? i am naidu (xathria) by birth. can anyone teach us the way to do aradhanam ? are we empowered to do that? out of nine avatars so far only two are from brahmin community (vamana and parasurama) and they are not worshipped? why? can any scholars in this group elucidate me please
