Setting up Pooja Room

We plan on setting up a Pooja Room in our house. I seek the guidance
of esteemed bhagavathas to offer their suggestions, with specific
regard to the directions Perumal's pictures and other idols to face.
Are there any guide lines available online? Thanks in advance for
your input.
