Dear BhakthAs:

This is a one time posting to invite your attention
to the important subject that SrI Rajeev Karamchedu
pin pointed.

SrI Rajeev Karamchedu has an excellent point.
Beyond the exchange of information about SrI VaishNava
SampradhAyam ,we have a need to create a network for
our members regarding job opprtunities and contacts.

I have been thinking about this need to help all of
our members in economically weak times like this one
for some time and how to do it. SrI Karamchedu's note
comes in the right time. How can we create and
maintain this network ? We have matrimonial networks
that Flourish by the NAMA Group .The employment area
is like another kind of "matrimonial network"
dealing with careers for our people.

Nobody is more aware of employment opportunities than those ,
who are inside the companies. Pooling of the Information
related to job opportunities would be a great service
to our people. How can we go about it?

Could you please write to Sriman Karamchedu and myself
privately and register yourself as willing members ,
who wish to help . After evaluating the inputs , we
can develop a methodology to create such a voluntary
network.

I am including e-mail lists outside the country
since people looking for positions do not mind moving
to places , where the work is there.

Thanks SrI KaramchEdu for your suggstion that
triggered this note of mine.
