Visishtadvaita

Dear Sir,
I would like to know from the learned scholars in the Bakthi list
group the basic principles and tenets of Visishtadvaita relating to
God Almighty, the soul, the pancha boothas, pancha ghnanendiyas,
pancha karmendriyas, the premordial matter, the differences
between, God,Soul and matter, the creation,sustainance, and
destruction of the brahmanda or the entire universe compared to the
basic tenets of Advaita and Dvaita. What is the book that can be
studied on Visishtadvaita for beginners?
