Sri MadhavakkaNNan shared his anubhavam:
---------------------------------------------
5. Swami Desikan, in his many slOkAs, have enjoyed the Beauty of
the
Lotus Feet. PeriyAzhwAr says : At Aayarpaadi everywhere one can see on
the ground, the marks of Sanghu and ChakrA (the marks on each sole of
Lord?s Lotus Feet), since Kutti KaNNan walked His ?thaLar nadai?
everywhere having His Lovely footprints (with sanghu and chakrA). ..
----------------------------------------------

Let me share mine.
While talking about the footprints in the form of chaN^gu and
chakkaram all over aayarpAdi, one tends to forget everything else and
follows the footprints. But our AchAryAs add beauty to it thro their
most imaginative excellent vyAkyAnams. (Like our araN^gan adds beauty to
the jewels - "AbharaNaththukku azhagu sErkkum perumAL"...)

Kutti kaNNan is walking along with the gOpikAs, his girlfriends.
While following the footprints one finds that it is missing for a while
and then continues. Why? asks our AchAryAs. "kuttik kaNNan andha poNNu
iduppula ERi okkAn^dhuNda eppadi pAdham tharaila padum? " :-)
It is this ultimate sowlabhyam that binds us forever with perumAL.
