I would like to know if there are audio tapes available for the recitation
and learning of the 4000 divya prabandhas, along with the desika prabandhas.
The emphasis is ofcourse on learning. There can be no better teacher than
a live acharya, but here in the USA where there is a scarcity of such an
entity, the audio cassette medium comes as a rescue. Anyway, the rendition
of the paasurams in the cassette need to be in the SHANDAI style. i.e.
after a single recitation of a portion of the paasuram of manageable length
by the guru, there should be two or three repititions of the same by his
student(s). This way the person learning the paasuram can recite it after
the guru's version without having to go through the pause-play iteration
which might spoil the tape.

Any information on this is greatly appretiated. I myself know of such
a cassette library of sorts in Bangalore. But the people there have only
one original set, from which to copy. Also given the condition that this
original set cannot be removed from the premises, and that any interested
person has to go with all recording paraphernalia and get it copied, is
a very cumbersome process. I am not allowed to disclose or advertise of
this place, so I am sorry about that.

Anyway, thanks in advance for the information. Adiyen, Murali.
