SrImathE Gopaladesika mahadesikaya namah:
Dearest srivaishnavas,
13th verse- PuLLinvaay keeNdaanai- pollA arakkanai kiLLikaLaindhaanai
They now wake up a deer eyed beautiful friend of theirs.
Oh beautiful friend! ArAdhanam time for Your KaNNan is getting over. Come 
faster. Even before us, those younger girls have woken up and gone to 
Yamuna.

How do you know that they have gone?- you may ask.
They are singing in praise of KaNNan. They are all ParamaikAnthins- one who 
never ever pays obeisance to anyone else other than Sriman Narayanan and 
does not ask for anything other than nithya kaimkarya to His Lotus feet. 
These paramaikanthins sing only KaNNan and none else.
Also, why should we sing someone who appeared few thousands of years ago? 
Let us sing on Him who is here in front of us- showing His divya mangala 
vigraha as KaNNan. KrishNAth param kimapi thathvam aham na jaanE..
They are singing.. “puLLin vaay keeNdavanE KrishNA! KrishnA! PollA arakkanai 
kiLLIkaLaindhavanE KrishNA KrishNA!
Now get to know their meanings in their own wayÂ…..
Kamsan had sent one Asura to go in guise of Crane and kill Him when he is 
around with his boys.

The Crane was waiting to eat Him and slow Him as it was huge. When KaNNan 
was with His cattle and friends, the Crane (PakAsuran) opened its large beak 
and swallowed KaNNan. KaNNan made Himself like fire and burnt the inner 
portion of crane. It could not endure and spat out KaNNan. KaNNan 
immediately tore its mouth and killed the same. asurA fell with his original 
form.

Also pollA arakkanai kILLikaLaindhaanE.. Here pollA arakkan (Cruel 
raakshasa) - is Kamsan (not Ravana). He kept sending one after the other 
AsurAs to kill KaNNan and also killed all his elder brothers mercilessly. So 
He is pollA arakkan. Ravana separated SitA and Rama and hence he should be 
called pollA arakkan. But this Kamsa separated our LordÂ’s mother and father 
with hand cuffs and chains and shackles. KaNNan could have killed Kamsa the 
moment he was born or even from His garbhavaasam. But He did not do that; 
else Poothanai, VathsAsuran, SakatAsuran, PakAsuran, ChaNOoran, Mushtikan, 
Kuvalaaapeetam et al would not have been killed. The uncle (Kamsa) invited 
the nephews – both of them, as he knew that even Balarama could be a danger 
and wanted to eliminate him. He sent akroorar and brought them to his 
palace. He hired the wrestlers to fight with KaNNan and KaNNan killed them 
as well.

He (KaNNan) went straight inside, jumped on kamsa and effortlessly killed 
Kamsa who was already half dead with fear.
In case of Ravana, the battle is compared to only Raama RaavaNa yuddham. 
Also, it was not kiLLi kaLaindhavan.. It was declared by Rama that even his 
fingers alone is enough Angulya Agrena Thaan Hanyaam'. Also Swamy desikan 
writes: atthira varakkan mudi Patthum Oru
Kotthena Udirtha ThiRalOn”.

Also one can interpret this to Narasimhan. He is the one who tore with his 
sharp nails. But that is old Lion. This is YasOdhai iLam chingam. So KaNNan 
is whom AndAl refers to – is Srimath Azhagiya SIngar’s ThiruvuLLam and also.

Why should they rush so fast?- is it time already?
See for yourself. veLLi yezhundhu, viyaazham uRangiRRu. Sukra has dawned on 
the skies. The Gopi refutes this also saying
it might be false Sukra. Then, they say that even the birds have started out 
for their routine.
Devaguru (viyaazhan- Guru) Brahaspathi now thinks he can take rest, as the 
devoted saatvic GopikAs are awake and they will ensure dharma; And asura 
guru- Sukran has come out calling for everyone. We should not get trapped to 
his call. Come fast. How long can you sleep? Even our parents have allowed 
us to go and perform this PoojA. Later they will stop letting us go ahead 
with Aradhanam for KaNNan. (after maargazhi).

Or it is kaLLa thookkam. Leave this Kallam (Wrong notion).  Also, Krishna 
anubhavam should be shared by everybody. Don't be selfish in enjoying it all 
by yourself  -  they say. OH beautiful eyed- girl! If you open your eys, we 
can sepnd hours together looking at your eyes alone. KaNnan is lotus eyed. 
You are deer eyed One. Only Anjaneya should be here to talk about you both 
like he did, “RaagavOrhathi vaidhEhIm tham chEyam asidhEkshaNA”.

Without any effort, we can not get bliss; can not get sukam; See. Younger, 
small girls got up and are on their way. You also get up. You do not have to 
do anythibg. Come and simply stand next to KaNNan. Or if you wish, we can 
even bring this cot with us. You can lie down in Yamnua bank. Should you 
want, we can draw even a curtain between you both and us. – they teased her.

She got up and said, “do you think I am so lazy. Why do you tease that you 
will bring the cot for me to Yamuna bank? I will never ever go against 
saasthrAs. I will right not join you. I over slept. I never know any kaLLam 
(mischief or selfish attitude) like you. I need to learn from you all. – she 
retorts.
Oh we know already, dear. You are capable of even lifting that One who 
lifted Govardhana mountain. But please forgive us, dear. Please do not tell 
all this to KaNnan and give complaints about us. – They walk teasing her on 
the way.
