Shree raman - there is only an adviatin@yahoogroups.com - a list
serve that discusses means to reach the adviatic experience.  Bhakti
is treated as the part of the saadhana for purification of the mind
and is discussed in the list.  A true j~naani cannot but be a bhakta
- where devotion to the almighty is expressed in a way compatible
with the make up of the seeker.  You are welcome to  join the list if
you are interested.
