Sri.Narayanan,
1. Penguin publications has a good English translation of Manusmriti. It
costs some Rs.250-300
2. Kusa gras is sharbham. It is always sprayed before performing any karma.
In our case, they just put down 2 /4 dharbhams and consider as a asanam
(seat).

     Respected Members,

     1. I need a good English translation of "Manu Smruthi", where
can I get it?
            which publisher.

     2. What was the purpose of Lord's Matsya Avataram?

     3. I have read in a book that while doing Sandhya Vandanam,
one should sit on kusa grass (dharbam). Is it correct?

     Thanks & regards
