(c. 1165–1275) also known as Vâtsya Varadaguru and in Tamil, Naḍâdūr Ammâḷ.

Important philosopher and theologian of the Ramanuja school of Vedanta. His lectures form the basis of the Srutaprakasika, Sudarsana Suri’s famed commentary on the Sribhashya.

  • tattvasâra - a summary in verse of each topic (adhikaraṇa) of the Brahma Sutras.
  • Prapanna Pârijâta - an explanation of the doctrine of self-surrender.
